Terms

What governs this site, and what governs the product.

Two different things, and conflating them is how a marketing page ends up accidentally making a contractual promise.

Terms of use

What this site is

A description of Intent Studio, published by Limina Labs. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to ship any particular capability on any particular date.

Roadmap language

Where something is not built yet, we say so in those words rather than in the future tense. If you find a page implying a capability exists when it does not, that is a mistake and we would like to know about it.

Using the product

Access to app.intent.preceptaai.com, and any deployment inside your own infrastructure, is governed by a written agreement between your organisation and Limina Labs — not by this page. Terms are agreed per deployment, because a managed service and a self-hosted install are genuinely different arrangements.

The software is not public

The repositories are private. Nothing here grants a licence to the software, and running it inside your own network is under a commercial agreement rather than a public licence. This page grants you nothing beyond reading it.

Trademarks and content

The Intent Studio and Limina Labs names, the wording on this site and the illustrations in it belong to Limina Labs. Quote us, link to us, screenshot us for a review — that is fine and welcome. Passing the material off as your own is not.

The honest limit of this page

This is a plain-language statement written by the people who built the site, not a lawyer-drafted terms-of-service, and it deliberately does not invent a warranty position, a liability cap or a governing jurisdiction. Those belong in the agreement you would actually sign. If your procurement needs them in advance, ask.
